Appreciated the room with super comfortable bedding, my bed was comfortable. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and helpful, and the atmosphere was family, mainly due to the staff. The excellent location was a minute walk from Mecca Bingo.

This is a luxury hotel in a very comfortable building. Make sure you stay in the queen room with balloons. And it's decent sized. Helpful staff, they smile all the time. The place has magnificent location near the tram.
